The hotel rooms were very clean and well-designed, with friendly and efficient housekeeping. However, the check-in process was slightly delayed. The service lacked attention to small details but overall, the hotel in Golden Tulip had a great pool. The location was suitable for visiting Sagrada Familia but lacked proximity to good restaurants. The dining experience offered a good selection of food. In general, the hotel required a means of transportation to access central areas.
The hotel was spotless with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with all the required amenities, which was inconvenient to say the least. The check-in process was delayed by almost 2 hours, and the room wasn't properly clean upon our arrival, causing some frustration.
